You are responsible for capturing assigned games, delivering usable content, and representing the media team professionally. This is structured event coverage, not casual shooting.

PRE-EVENT (MANDATORY)

  1. Check Your Schedule
    Review all assigned games before arrival. Know your courts and times. Be early.

  2. Gear Check
    Camera fully charged
    Extra batteries
    SD cards cleared
    Settings ready

No missed footage due to poor preparation.

  1. Arrival Standard
    Arrive 30 to 45 minutes early
    Locate your courts
    Be ready before first game

Minimum Standard
Each game must include usable highlight clips, clean footage, and clear moments of action.

WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not miss the start of games
Do not leave games early without coverage
Do not shoot without structure
Do not ignore assigned schedule

UPLOAD PROCESS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Immediately after coverage
Go to your assigned Drive folder
Upload all footage
Organize properly

BTS or Interviews if applicable
