Game Day

$400

  • One scheduled varsity game at one venue; up to 3 hours of coverage.
  • 45–75 second cinematic recap, 2 additional vertical clips and 25 edited photos.
  • Branded 9:16 video exports and digital delivery within 48 hours. One consolidated revision round.

02 / per session

Media Day

$3,000

  • One location, approximately 3 production hours, up to 25 athletes.
  • Individual and team portraits plus a 45–60 second season hype film.
  • One consolidated revision round; delivery within 10 business days.

03 / per film

Season Film

$2,500

  • 3–5 minute film with story development and one planned interview session, up to 2 hours at one location.
  • Uses previously captured DOPE VZN footage or acceptable licensed school material.
  • Editing, sound, color, titles and one consolidated revision. Delivery within 20 business days of complete materials. Additional coverage is separate.

  • 3 episodes and up to 8 defined production dates. Coach and athlete interviews, planned practice and behind-the-scenes coverage.
  • Editorial, trailer and promotional assets. Episode length, crew, revision limits and delivery schedule are defined in the agreement.
  • Consultation required. Additional dates, episodes and travel require separate approval.

We confirm home dates, venue access and a weather contact before scheduling. A doubleheader is two games. Extended coverage, away travel and postseason games are separately approved. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are confirmed in the agreement before work begins.

Booking & delivery

Know what
comes next.

Booking. A 50% deposit reserves agreed dates after the agreement is signed. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.

Review. One consolidated revision round is included within the agreed scope.

Weather. Weather rescheduling is subject to crew availability. Cancellation arrangements are confirmed in the signed agreement.

Usage. Schools may use final deliverables on their own website and social channels. Paid advertising and third-party use require a separate agreement.

Dates, scope and permissions are confirmed in a signed agreement before production.
