Code of Conduct
Our Standard
DOPE VZN is committed to producing high-quality work with integrity, respect, accountability and professional care. This Code establishes the conduct expected from anyone representing DOPE VZN or working on a DOPE VZN production. We expect the same core standards from subcontractors, vendors and production partners engaged on our behalf.
01 INTEGRITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
We conduct business honestly and comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, venue rules and contractual obligations. Fraud, falsification of records, theft, intentional misrepresentation and unlawful conduct are prohibited.
02 RESPECT, INCLUSION & EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We maintain a professional environment free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation and retaliation. People working with DOPE VZN must be treated with dignity and respect regardless of legally protected characteristics. Hiring, assignments and professional decisions should be based on legitimate business and performance considerations.
03 SAFE PRODUCTIONS
Safety takes priority over getting the shot. Crew members must follow applicable safety requirements, venue policies and reasonable production procedures; use equipment responsibly; report hazards promptly; and avoid conduct that unnecessarily places athletes, talent, spectators, clients or crew at risk. No person should work while impaired in a way that creates a safety risk.
04 YOUTH & ATHLETE PROTECTION
Because our work may involve youth and athletes, we expect professional boundaries and age-appropriate conduct at all times. Required permissions, credentials and access rules must be respected. Crew members may not exploit access to athletes, minors or private team environments for personal gain or inappropriate contact.
05 ANTI-BRIBERY, GIFTS & IMPROPER INFLUENCE
We do not offer, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or anything of value intended to improperly influence a business decision. Reasonable business courtesies must never create an obligation, conflict with client rules or appear to purchase favorable treatment.
06 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Team members and partners must disclose actual or potential conflicts that could compromise professional judgment, including undisclosed financial interests, competing client obligations or personal relationships that materially affect a production or purchasing decision.
07 CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY & DATA
Confidential client information, unreleased campaigns, credentials, production plans, personal information, access details, files and other nonpublic material must be protected and used only for authorized business purposes. Access should be limited to people who need it to perform their work.
08 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RIGHTS
We respect copyrights, trademarks, licenses, releases, music rights, footage ownership and contractual usage restrictions. Crew members may not publish, sell, distribute or repurpose client or production material outside the permissions granted for the project.
09 ACCURATE RECORDS & BUSINESS PRACTICES
Timesheets, invoices, expenses, deliverable records and other business documentation must be accurate. We do not knowingly submit false charges, conceal material information or misrepresent work performed.
10 RESPONSIBLE PARTNERS & SUBCONTRACTORS
We expect vendors, freelancers, subcontractors and production partners working on our behalf to follow applicable law and standards consistent with this Code. DOPE VZN may address or discontinue relationships involving serious misconduct, repeated violations or conduct that creates material legal, safety or reputational risk.
11 ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We aim to operate productions responsibly by reducing unnecessary waste, using resources thoughtfully and making practical choices that reduce environmental impact when feasible. As our operations grow, we intend to improve how we measure and manage production-related environmental impacts.
12 SPEAK UP & NON-RETALIATION
Concerns about suspected misconduct, safety issues or violations of this Code should be reported promptly to DOPE VZN leadership at booking@dopevzn.com. Good-faith reporting should not result in retaliation. Reports will be reviewed as appropriately and discreetly as circumstances allow.
Accountability
Violations may result in corrective action appropriate to the circumstances, including removal from a production, termination of an engagement or business relationship, and referral to appropriate authorities when required. Nothing in this Code limits obligations imposed by law, contract or a client-specific policy.
Commitment
Everyone representing DOPE VZN shares responsibility for protecting the quality of our work, the people around us and the trust clients place in us. When a client, venue or partner applies a higher standard than this Code, we expect our team to follow the higher applicable requirement.
